      Graham holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Computing Studies from Canberra University. He has extensive experience in consulting and resourcing in IT in the higher/vocational education sector and other education bodies. Graham managed an account team that provided resources to the University of Melbourne and Swinburne University before joining CKI in June 2014.       Melissa has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry both in Australia and England. Her technical background is a result of over 13 years focusing on managing the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions for a government and commercial organisations. Melissa became an account manager in 2008 with responsibility for 70 IT consultants. She managed all aspect of the team including recruitment, placement, allocation of work and performance reviews.
