The General Manager IT engaged CKI to develop a business application strategy for the organisation. The current business systems were not aligning with the growth objectives of the business so CKI undertook a comprehensive review of their requirements and documented a strategy for redeveloping, replacing or retiring systems as appropriate.

The development of the strategy started with the existing ticketing system and includes the donor management and membership systems.

CKI’s CRM specialist also upgraded the organisation’s Dynamics CRM instance to 2015 as part of this engagement, and provided training to business users.
